Technical notes
A label template is fully defined by page size (A4, Letter, etc.), top/bottom/side margins, label width and height, and the gap between labels. When these are kept together, content aligns with the die-cut lines on a pre-made label sheet.
You can work in both directions: if you have measurements, the tool computes how many rows/columns fit the page; if you only know the rows/columns, it back-calculates a matching label size. So you can start from a label pack's spec sheet.
Common pre-made label sheets (e.g. 3×8=24, 2×7=14, 5×13=65 labels on A4) use standard dimensions, and this tool helps you reproduce such configurations. Correct measurements prevent shifting and wasted labels when printing.
Once the template is set, send it to the barcode label maker for barcodes or the QR code label maker for QR codes to get a print-ready PDF.
